Visitors can quickly check in by capturing their photo directly through the app. Once checked in, a digital visitor pass is instantly generated, which includes a unique QR code. This pass is used for secure and convenient check-out at the end of the visit.
Pre-Registration by Employees
Employees can pre-register expected visitors to save time and improve security. Once pre-registered, the visitor simply needs to verify their identity and check in—no need to re-enter details.
Appointment-Based Check-In
The app supports appointment scheduling, allowing visitors to confirm their details upon arrival and directly proceed with check-in. This is ideal for organizations that manage multiple scheduled meetings and appointments daily.
Returning Visitor Check-In
Visitors who have previously checked in can use the ‘Visited Before’ feature to speed up the process. By entering their registered email address and phone number, their past details are retrieved for quick verification and entry.
Device Declaration
For security and inventory purposes, visitors are required to declare any electronic devices or personal belongings they bring along during their visit
