Flowmodoro times your focus AND blocks your distractions. Pick the apps that steal your attention and they're shielded while you work — chosen privately through Apple's Screen Time, so we never see your list. Work as long as flow lasts, and earn breaks that scale with your effort.
WHY FLOWMODORO IS DIFFERENT
Classic pomodoro cuts you off at 25 minutes — right when you finally got going. Flowmodoro follows the Flowtime method: focus for as long as you're in the zone, end the block when you're ready, and get a break sized to the effort you just put in. Prefer classic intervals? Full Pomodoro mode is built in too.
BLOCK YOUR DISTRACTIONS (Premium)
• Shield your chosen apps the moment focus starts
• Apps unlock automatically on breaks and when the session ends
• Powered by Apple's Screen Time — your app choices never leave your device, and Flowmodoro never sees them
• A visible "Blocking" badge so you always know the shield is up
BUILT FOR REAL STUDY SESSIONS
• Flow mode: open-ended focus with effort-scaled breaks
• Pomodoro mode: classic timed intervals, with a "still in it?" extension when you're on a roll
• Session task lists — check things off as you go
• Live Activity on your lock screen and Dynamic Island, with pause and skip controls
• Sessions survive anything: force-quit the app and your timer picks up right where the lock screen shows
• Pair sessions with your own iOS Focus mode
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Daily goal ring, streaks, and weekly charts
• Subject breakdowns and best-day highlights
• 30-day heatmap and lifetime totals (Premium)
CALM, PRIVATE, YOURS
No account. No ads. No data collection. Quiet mode hides the confetti when you just want a timer. Your focus history belongs to you.
Flowmodoro Premium unlocks app blocking, the 30-day heatmap, lifetime totals, and every theme — monthly, yearly (with free trial), or lifetime, one-time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Lock your distractions. Find your flow.
