FlightForms — GA Customs & Immigration Forms
Fill customs and immigration forms for your general aviation flights in seconds. Enter your flight details, crew, and passengers once — FlightForms generates the
correct pre-filled official forms for your destination, ready for submission.
How it works
Select your origin and destination airports, pick your crew and passengers, and tap Generate. FlightForms automatically identifies which forms are required and
returns them filled with your data.
Manage your crew and passengers
Store crew and passenger profiles with their travel documents. Each person can have multiple documents (e.g., EU and UK passports), and FlightForms automatically
selects the right one based on your destination. Scan passports with the built-in MRZ reader to avoid manual entry.
Plan multi-leg trips
Organize flights into trips. For each leg, FlightForms knows which forms you need at departure and arrival, and fills them all with the correct data and times.

Your data stays yours
Personal data is stored on your device and synced across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac via your private iCloud account. The server never stores passenger or crew
information — it only holds your data in memory for the few seconds it takes to generate a form, then discards everything.
