Hardware rendered useless by software & ignored support

I purchased the Frameo digital photo frame for its core feature: remote photo sharing. For several months now, this feature has been completely broken. The frame only works if my phone is on the same local Wi-Fi network. Remote access via mobile data or another Wi-Fi fails entirely (gray thumbnails, failed uploads), turning the device into an expensive "brick."Customer support has been appalling. After my first email, they responded once, acknowledged "regional issues," and requested technical data. I provided everything they asked for (including photos of the device's support screen). Since then, all my follow-up emails (three in total) have been completely ignored.The device comes with locked Frameo software and cannot be reflashed with alternative firmware. Therefore, I am left with non-functional hardware, a cancelled subscription (as paying for a broken service is pointless), and zero support.Judging by other recent reviews, this is a widespread, unresolved issue for users in certain regions. A complete disappointment in both the product and the company. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Photo sync doesn’t work

Don’t buy this frame. Photo sync simply doesn’t work, that’s it. WiFi / VPN / broadband / whatever. It simply doesn’t. Avoid by all means

Купили рамку родителям, чтобы удаленно отправлять им фото. Ни одна фотография через приложение на рамку не отправились (Пробовали с разных телефонов, разные учетные записи друзей), пишет, что рамка не в сети (а если и появляется в сети, то на 1 минуту). Вижу, что производитель просто делает отписки всем одинаковые, поэтому просто не советую покупать рамку и подписку на приложение. Свою рамку мы вернули
