So many times complained during videos, but still have not solved the issue! While seeking the video and going back for 3-4 sec, it changes some format and the written comments by authors don’t appear and only sound is playing! Uninstalled and reinstalled after restarting the iPad and still facing the issue! It’s been more than a year and still no change in the issue! Second and most importantly the app is not user friendly!! After watching one video, can’t click “next” and have to go back and the MAIN VIDEO list screen appears and again have to SEARCH where you left watching! This is so time wasting useless exercise and unfortunately no-one listens!!
