Tap In is a LIVE group meditation app. Why sit alone, when you can sit together?
We offer a daily, ten-minute meditation appropriate for everyone whether new or experienced. Think of it as a time to 'check-in' with yourself. Our sessions are live so that you can sit with a community while teachers speak to current shared experiences. Think seasonal changes and world events.
We're interested in helping you improve your day-to-day. We’ll equip you with science-backed tools in addition to ancient traditions that can help you live a more joyous life.
