Put on your headphones, press Start, and hear your own voice played back with a slight delay. For many people who stutter, this simple change is enough to noticeably improve fluency and slow down speech naturally.
HOW IT WORKS
Delayed Auditory Feedback (DAF) alters the way you hear yourself while speaking. By delaying your voice by a fraction of a second, it encourages slower, more deliberate speech and can reduce stuttering for many users. DAF is also used to practice pacing in everyday conversation, public speaking, and reading aloud.
