29.12.21 I bought 1st class tickets, but there was not 1st class carriage at the train, only 2nd.This app sells non-existent tickets and do not return money. Please, be careful and think twice before using it.

Hello,Sorry to hear you weren't able to obtain First Class travel on-board.As an online booking service, we sell tickets on behalf of the train operators and will provide all ticket options available that the train operators confirm will be valid. As such, if you've been able to book a First Class ticket, this would be due to the train operator advising First Class will be available on-board. On the rare occasion, the train operator may need to amend the type of train they use for the service, so First Class can be removed. In this case, you can reach out to the train operator directly and they can look into a refund of the fare difference between First and Standard Class. Thanks,Jodie
Couldn’t use or refund the ticket

I bought same day ticket from Heathrow airport and it wasn’t specified I needed physical card to “confirm my identity” I never encountered such request for all time using this app so I was completely pulled aback. I didn’t have the card on me and ended up wasting 14 pounds on this useless now ticket, because purchased for same day tickets are non refundable 🤡Moral of the experience: do not buy airport tickets from this app, better use underground services. What a disappointment and waste of money.

Hi there,You aren't required to carry the card used at the time of purchase in order to use your tickets. You may however need your card to collect your tickets, if you have selected to retrieve these via a self service ticket machine. Lost money because of them

I tried to exchange the ticket they sold me for an earlier time and the app kept giving me an error. Turned out it was because they sold me a mixed-tariff splitsave ticket (which I was not made aware of) and they can’t process exchanges for those. I had to buy a new one and pay double the price. Ridiculous!

Hi there, It is mentioned in the booking process if you have a SplitSave selected. You can also see a breakdown of all the ticket types included in it.
