Когда-то купила платную версию этого приложения и делала карточки долгое время, потрачено очень много сил и времени на их создание. Разработчики решили полностью изменить приложение и вместо карточек сейчас предлагают ответы на вопросы по подписке. Даже не предупредили пользователей о том, что собираются изменить программу и не дали возможность сохранить свою информацию. Очень плохо. Не советую пользоваться продуктами данного разработчика, так как он совсем не ценит своих пользователей и их труд

You have deleted all the flashcards i’ve been making for years. If you delete user’s information you must warn them. Your tech support has done nothing with my problem. Your managers are awful, your new app is useless

All my flashcards created for years have disappeared. It turned out that it's not only my problem. Tech support feeds general unhelpful replies, like you did it yourself or re-load. If deleting user info was the owner's policy they should have let the users save their stuff elsewhere or migrate to another platform. Ghastly unprofessional. I have no idea now how to recover my collection of information.
