A challenging combination of BreakOut and Jigsaw Puzzle games combined with the beautiful, mysterious art of Ancient Egypt! Knock over the jars with the roving Sun Scarab to reveal jigsaw pieces of Ancient Egyptian masterpieces! Over 100 puzzles to play! The puzzle images feature some well known works and a number of seldom seen works from inside limited access tombs, and from monuments well off the beaten tourist path. Our staff captured most of these images directly on site in Egypt. The rest are Public Domain images. Game Play: Use your finger to drag the paddle and direct the scarab towards the jars at the top. Each jar you knock over earns you a new puzzle piece. You win a level by completing the puzzle. When you win, you get the complete image along with a descriptive caption. But beware, the scarab has some free will and a mind of its own! It will not always take a bounce as you might expect, and sometimes will speed up, slow down, or change direction in mid-flight. Increasing levels of play have increasing challenges. First, the number of pieces in a puzzle increases. Next, pyramid obstacles appear which bounce the scarab in wild directions, especially when the pyramids start spinning! Hathor Columns appear which complicate bounces off the walls. Randomly roving crocodiles may devour your scarab. Finally your paddle shrinks a bit to test your aim! Occasionally, Amun (The Hidden One) will grant you an extra target jar or two to aim at.
