Why isn't support working?

1. The support button does not work. I press it and nothing happens! Where should I go with the problems?2. When selecting text in the summary, the commands "copy", "cut" are in Chinese. Why not in English?3. It is very difficult to find a place to cut the record, there is no temporary school for red sliders!

It’s highly useful gadget which safe for me a lot of time because it provides me with transcript and time-marks of a lot audio material I have. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs to keep transcripts of his/her thoughts, ideas, conversations.
