Added the ability to add gear details for the category bag and lens. These also have been added to the gear config list that can be downloaded from remote. The onboard/what's new screen will be shown on every new release by default. Further a number of small fixes.

* Added the ability to download a remote json config file with gear information that can be used to pre-populate fields when adding gear. * Added the detailed fields for cameras (not yet used, but preparation for future functionality). * Significant improvement on add gear form. Fields can be pre-populated from the gear library downloaded and more easy to add more gear in 1-go.

Updated the input method for number fields (i.e. distance, flash guide and base ISO at this stage) to only accept numbers. Added and auto recalculate distance setting to automatically recalculate the (analogue) distance is any of the other (discrete) settings have been calculated.

Added a theme (accent color) selection option. Made the UI a bit more consistent over the several views. Some under the hood updates.

Added a getting started start-up screens. Improved some visuals, removed some typos. Added the option to setup default data for gear, kit and flash caclulator.
