Make a little room for the ancient world.
Why did Athenians scratch names onto broken pottery? What did a Roman emperor worry about? And how much of what we “know” about antiquity is actually a myth?
Fragmenta gives you five fact-checked micro-stories every morning. Swipe through full-screen cards, follow the thread, and leave with something worth remembering. From the words we use to the buildings around us, the ancient world is closer than it looks.
YOUR DAILY DOSE OF HISTORY
• Stories of power, ambition and ordinary life in Greece and Rome
• Quotes with the context that makes them matter
• Surprising facts, myths debunked and portraits of remarkable people
• On This Day: a fresh connection to the past
Short enough for a coffee break: under 90 seconds per fragment, under 3 minutes a day. Written and reviewed by people, with claims checked against academic sources. Beautiful museum artwork, without the noise of a social feed.

History has a little more room to breathe.
Meet Fragmenta on iPhone Duo: a new illustrated layout places the artwork beside your story, and keeps your place when you rotate the screen.
The reader now moves like Stories, with timed progress, tap-to-navigate and hold-to-pause controls. We've also improved large-text reading, accessibility, offline stories and the reliability of your progress and favorites.
Thanks for making a little history part of your morning.
