PaceBar is a quiet menu-bar instrument that helps you notice when your work pace is rising before it derails a focused session. PaceBar estimates session load from on-device interaction signals, then turns that into a simple 0-100 gauge, recent trend, load history, focus-time readout, and practical prompts.
