20 progressive quizzes — 10 folkstyle, 10 freestyle. Each quiz tests real wrestling knowledge: history of the sport, terminology, match scenarios. Each quiz includes a Learn module — swipeable teaching cards built from coaching insights, not Wikipedia summaries. Score 90% to unlock the next tier. Earn stars as you climb.
VS MODE
Got a wrestling buddy? Pass the phone. First to 5 correct answers wins. Pick folkstyle or freestyle. Trophy animation when you take the match.
DAILY DISCIPLINE
XP, levels, badges, streak tracking. The wrestling-specific badge system rewards consistency over flashy single-day efforts. The wrestlers who win in March were locked in in November.

Built by a wrestler. The body tasks are real (penetration step drills, sprawls, hip heists). The fuel tasks are real (hydration, pre-practice carbs, post-match recovery). The mind tasks are real (visualization, journaling losses, opponent film study). Nothing in this app exists to fluff your screen time.
