This release brings a new look across the app and a new Activity and Recovery section to your Journal. New: Activity and Recovery • Your workouts and your recovery score now live together in the Journal tab. • Recovery detail breaks out sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate, each with a 14-day curve and a baseline of your own. • If your watch writes to Apple Health, your score is calculated every morning. A signal that wasn't measured is left out of the score rather than guessed. A new look • A new graphite background throughout the app, and a refreshed icon. • Swipe in from the edge of the screen to go back on any detail page. • Settings now sits in the top right of all four tabs. Fixes • Your daily calorie deficit shrank on its own as you lost weight. The weekly pace you choose now stays fixed. • Deleted water entries could reappear. • The same workout was counted twice when it arrived from more than one source. • Food search returns better matches, with less noise from barcoded products. • The diet adherence counter skipped some days.

Micronutrient tracking is here. See iron, calcium, fiber, vitamin C and more for each meal and for your whole day. When the data isn't complete, we tell you instead of guessing.
