Apple Health, optimized • Meals you log now sync to Apple Health more reliably — calories, protein, carbs and fat, filed under the right occasion: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. • Weight from Apple Health and connected smart scales is imported automatically and recorded on the day it was actually measured. Connect Health and we'll bring in the last 90 days of your weigh-ins. • Health settings now show exactly what is connected and what is not, with a one-tap way to switch on anything that's off. Weight tracking • Redesigned the weight card: a clearer first-run state, and the chart now labels its dates and values. • Logging weight works offline — an entry is saved right away and syncs as soon as you're back online. • Pull to refresh now updates your weight log too, so a weigh-in from another device shows up straight away. Activity • Steps and active energy are counted over your own day in your own time zone, for more accurate daily totals.
