ChartMyBaby is a simple, private way to track your child's growth using the official World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards (2006) — the same reference tables used by pediatricians and health clinics around the world. Add each measurement and see exactly where your child sits on the WHO percentile curves. Your history is plotted as dots on the chart, so you can watch the pattern over time — not just a single snapshot. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Weight (0–5 years) • Length or height (0–5 years) • Head circumference (0–5 years) • Boys and girls, in metric or imperial units MULTIPLE CHILDREN Track siblings side by side. Each child has their own profile, photo, measurement history, and set of charts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays on your device and syncs across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud. We don't have servers — we can't see your data, and no one else can either. No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. WHY WHO? The WHO Child Growth Standards describe how healthy, well-nourished children grow under optimal conditions, regardless of country. They're widely used as the international reference for children under 5. ChartMyBaby uses the official published LMS values, so the percentiles you see match what a clinician would calculate.
