Paddle Past is a guided, science-backed sequence to help you paddle past urges. No account, no tracking. SCIENCE-BACKED EXERCISES Each exercise comes from published research on cravings. - Remove distractions. Use Apple’s Screen Time to put your apps out of reach for 5 minutes to 4 hours. - Settle the body. A minute of paced breathing, four seconds in and six out. - Crowd out the picture. Three minutes of a visual puzzle. Urges tend to arrive as pictures of what you want, and a visual task occupies the same mental space. - Loosen the link. Under two minutes of noticing where the urge sits in your body and staying with it. The aim is a gap between having an urge and acting on it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no notifications, no advertising identifier, no analytics, crash reporting, or usage telemetry. Once unlocked, sessions work offline. There is no Paddle Past server, so we never receive your data. WHAT IT IS NOT Paddle Past is not treatment, a recovery program, or a promise that you will quit. It is a tool for acute episodes. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States. For treatment referrals, contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357. Your first three sessions are free, then a one-time purchase unlocks it for good. If the cost is a barrier, email support@paddlepast.com and we'll help.
