cura is a place for what's on your mind. Speak or type a thought on whatever device is nearest, and find it again in order.
Capture in one gesture
Start a voice note from the app, the Action Button, a Siri phrase, a widget or your Apple Watch. Recording starts at once. On a run with no phone, the Watch records, transcribes and keeps the note on its own.
Written the way you write
Spoken words come back punctuated and tidied into the way you write, without adding anything. The raw transcript is one tap away, and the recording plays beside it.
Notes that order themselves
Each note is sorted and labelled as it arrives, with one line saying where it went and why, and one tap to undo it. Dates and commitments inside your notes are gathered in Coming up, ready to add to your calendar. Auto-sort turns off in one setting.
Search by meaning
Find a note by what it means, not only by the words in it, across everything you have written.
Private means private
Mark a note private and it is encrypted on your device with a key only you hold. cura's servers store it but cannot read it, and it is transcribed, tidied and searched only on your devices.
Nothing lost
cura keeps every version of every note, so you can see a note's history and restore any version. Deleted notes wait 30 days in Recently deleted.
Yours to take
Export every note as plain Markdown, with its dates, labels and recordings, whenever you like. Bring notes in from Markdown, Obsidian, Bear and Evernote.
Shared with people and teams
Share a note with a person or a team, to read or to edit, and stop sharing at any time.
For your agents
With your permission, an AI agent can read and write your notes through cura's MCP server.
