LienClock is the deadline calculator for U.S. mechanics liens. WHAT YOU TAP AND WHAT YOU GET BACK Pick your state. Pick your role (general contractor, subcontractor, supplier). Pick project type (private, public federal Miller Act, public state Little Miller Act). Pick last work date. Tap Calculate. Three deadline cards appear: Preliminary Notice, Mechanics Lien Filing, and (for public projects) Bond Claim Notice. Each card shows days remaining, the actual due date, and the published statute reference (for example, Cal. Civ. Code SS 8204-8216). Tap Add to Calendar to write the deadline straight into your iPhone Calendar with alerts at 30, 7, and 1 day before. Tap Set Reminder to schedule local notifications you control. Tap Save to Projects to track the job for the duration of the work. It does not recommend specific filing strategies, draft actual lien claim forms, predict outcomes, or substitute for a licensed construction attorney. For lien filing decisions or complex disputes, consult a construction attorney in your state. IPHONE-ONLY BY DESIGN LienClock is built exclusively for iPhone. iPad and Mac are not supported. The field tool belongs on the phone in the contractor's pocket. DATA STORAGE LienClock stores all project data locally on this iPhone. The app does not include built-in JSON export, JSON import, or in-app archive backup. Your saved projects are included in standard iOS Backups when iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes Backup is enabled. Deadlines you write to your iPhone Calendar persist independently of LienClock - even if you delete LienClock, the Calendar events stay in your Calendar. One missed mechanics lien deadline costs $50K-$500K on a typical commercial job. Pro Annual pays for itself the first time it pings your Lock Screen at 7 days. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Renewal occurs within 24 hours before the period ends unless canceled at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The 14-day free trial converts to the paid period automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial end.
