With ShutterCount you can easily check whether a newly purchased camera is really new, or how heavily used a pre-owned item is. And you can save a trip to a service center by doing the reading for yourself. Купил это приложение, чтобы проверить Canon 6D mark 2 перед покупкой. Заранее попробовал на своем старом 650D и 6D друга, и все работало. На следующий день в момент покупки приложение перестало видеть камеры. Пробовал и разные провода, и разные USB-адаптеры – ни в какую, ни один из фотоаппаратов больше не отображается. Пришлось довериться продавцу. Запросил возврат.

Since we do extensive compatibility testing and validation, we are 100% confident that the app works as advertised. More than 100,000 people use it successfully all over the world. Speaking from years of support experience, problems are almost exclusively caused by: A) Trying to use the app with an unsupported camera. The complete list of supported cameras is in the app description as well as on our web site: https://www.direstudio.com/shuttercount/tech-specs/. B) Trying to use the app the wrong way, despite clear in-app guidance, step-by-step instructions and videos (all accessible from the Getting Started Guide: https://www.direstudio.com/shuttercount/getting-started/). These instructions of course assume that you know how to use the affected features of your camera. We're always ready to answers your questions and resolve your issues, you just have to ask by submitting a Problem Report from within the app (as described on our support page). But please describe what you actually tried and with which camera model, since we don't have mind reading abilities and it's impossible to do anything with "doesn't work" type complaints.

Работает отлично! ЧТобы смотреть графики, нужно доплатить еще 300 рублей, но в этом нет необходимости. Если уж так хочется их видеть, можно в ручную добавить в таблицу numbers и построить график :)

Купила версию на Mac, начиталась отзывов и побоялась покупать, но хорошо, что рискнула. Проверила 2 камеры: Canon r и Canon r6 Mark ii, без проблем всё сразу же показало, шнур не оригинальный, просто type c type c.
