Fixed issue with mixed Japanese and English (or any latin font) where spaces were being removed. Various graphical fixes. Outlines don't overlap the main font anymore. Glow effect stays behind the font now. Added the ability to use two fingers to drag a caption left and right in the timeline if there is space to move it.
