Не сделать заказ
Добрый день. В приложении не получается сделать заказ. Выдаёт ошибку "ваш заказ не может быть подтверждён"
Я написала от этом в техподдержку и вот какой ответ получила:
Сообщаем, что мобильное приложение не всегда может работать корректно.
При оформлении заказов мы рекомендуем нашим клиентам пользоваться полной версией нашего сайта, с компьютера, либо ноутбука, предварительно очистив историю посещений браузера. Наш сайт приспособлен для таких браузеров как Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari.
То есть посыл такой: да, у нас ужасное приложение, мы об этом знаем, но ничего делать не хотим, идите делайте заказ на компьютере. Только обязательно ещё установите предложенные браузеры!!!
Я в шоке от такого отношения к свои клиентам.
Уважаемое руководство, это не клиенты должны под вас подстраиваться, а вам нужно сделать все, чтобы покупка в вашем магазине не приносила неудобств!!!
Не получается оформить возврат
Кнопка «Далее» после ввода банковских реквизитов НЕ активна ! И войти с помощью Apple ID можно только в приложении, через браузеры такой возможности нет. Прошу исправить возможность оформления возврата.
