Sell, take table orders and issue receipts from your phone, on the same products, stock and reports as your OTO tills, with RRA EBM filing if you need it. OTO POS is the point of sale for phones from OTO, the business software made by Kapp in Rwanda. Owners, supervisors and waiters sell and issue receipts from the phone, on the same products, stock and reports as the business's OTO tills. Businesses registered for RRA's EBM file every sale with RRA from the phone; businesses that aren't registered use it the same way, without filing. OTO POS works with your business's OTO account: sign in with the username your business gave you. There is nothing to buy in the app. SELL • Find products by category, search, barcode scan or recent sales • Record how each sale was paid, in one go or in parts: cash with change, card or mobile money. OTO records the payment; it does not process it • Add the buyer's TIN and purchase code for a business receipt • Charge a sale to a customer's account or to a hotel guest's room • Hold a sale and finish it later RECEIPTS • For businesses registered for EBM: every sale is filed with RRA as an EBM receipt, from a phone registered as its own till • Share the receipt as a PDF, or print it through OTO Box on the till's Wi-Fi TABLES AND ORDERS • Open tables, send rounds to the bar or kitchen, bill all or part of a table • Move lines between tables and hand a table to another waiter • A shared waiter station: waiters pick their name and sign in with a PIN ONLINE ORDERS • See what customers ordered and paid for on your website • Accept an order to issue its receipt, then mark it handed over CONTROL • Cancellations go to a supervisor, who approves or refuses them • Cash in and out of the drawer, the X report of the day and sealed Z reports • Reports by day: sales, payments, products, staff and VAT • Stock that is running low, and stock counts by scanning OTO POS works in English.
