In this release, we’ve improved UX and UI and changed which symbols could be used for customer’s names. For example, emojis can no longer be used for customers’ names.

قام الكابتن بتحصيل مني المبلغ مرتين عن طريق النقدي و المحفظة و حين تقديم شكوي لدي كيان لم تقم بمساعدتي بل قامت بحماية الكابتن الخاص بها و قالت ان كنت متضرر الجأ الا القضاء تجربة فاشلة شركة غير محترمة لا تحترم عميلها بل تحمي مواظفينها فقط لا اقترح هذا الابلكيشن لاحد لان في حالة وقوع اي حاله نصب او احتيال لن تحميك
The captain collected the amount from me twice, via cash and wallet, and when I filed a complaint with Kayan, she did not help me, but rather protected her captain and said, “If I have a problem, I will go to court.” A very bad experience and a disrespectful company that does not respect its customer but only protects its employees I do not suggest this application to anyone because in the event of any fraudulent case, it will not protect you

UX needs enhancements
The application is good in terms of prices and offers, however the UX is not good. I was trying to pay with my card and the button was disabled and no error message to explain what went wrong, after 5 mins of trying I realized that my card is expired
