Loses due to late delivery.

I had a very difficult time with the services provided by Lumi. And I bare many unexpected losses due to unprofessional service providers from your company. I hope you read it carefully and take adequate actions to solve the problem.1. The booking was done one day earlier but when I went to take the car on provided time, when I reach there in morning 8, the office was closed and when it opens there was no car available which I reserved. I waited outside on road and received the car at 9:30 am on 25 June. Due to this late delivery I missed my very important meeting which occurs me losses in terms of professional work as well financially. And it makes complete change in my upcoming plans.2. I reserved the Toyota Highlander 2025, but after so long wait they ended up giving me a 2023 model and not washed or cleaned. 3. I booked the car for 5 days till 30 June but due to late arrival it resulted in cancellation of my many appointments, so I returned the car on Friday 27 June. On 27 I went to your office to return the car at 3 pm but the office was closed, so I went back again at 7 pm. Here they cut the money for 3 days but I was there on time, it was again not my mistake. So I request you to deduct the amount for only two days 5 hrs. And refund my remaining amount. Bank details are provided at Madina road branch, till now I didn’t receive any money. I also request you take proper action on such unprofessional behavior so in future not any customer face such problems.

I‘ve been traveling a lot for at least 20 year been renting cars and I’ve loyalty memberships in many car rentals but I was forced to rent from another company and I tried Lumi.. and have to be honest without any membership the prices are amazing better than what my other loyalties have to offer.. beside the prices the service is great, with efficient and friendlier staff than most others!I had to stop by and write a positive review!Keep it up Lumi..

I had a terrible experience with Lumi car rental at Madina airport. They charged me 750 SAR for a supposed glass damage on the Toyota Yaris I rented, even though there was no damage when I returned the car. They claimed the damage was caused by wind, which is absurd. My fellow passenger had a similar experience with this company. I caution anyone considering renting from Lumi to be aware of their dishonest practices. This will be the last time I or my company do business with them.Even they didn’t send invoice also, they promised to send my WhatsApp but not sent yet
