وصل Wssel | Food Delivery App 4+

Great app But

I’ve used many delivery apps, and so far this one is the best, fastest and the cheapest. However, 2 things they need to improve, first add APPLE PAY payment method. second, sometimes they deliver from a restaurant branch thats far from my location even though there is many branches that is very close to me. I don’t know why they do that. But in general they are the BEST

Love this app and company.

When I first heard about “Wssel” I was quite skeptical that how good the app would offer their services to me. I noticed that Wssel offers free delivery on few restaurants EVERY SINGLE DAY with literally NO MINIMUM order. I can literally order a 1 SAR water bottle with free delivery and it will be delivered to me.😉 Hehe. That’s something Different about Wssel which no other app offers. Yes Wssel!! I used to only use UberEats and HungerStation but now Wssel is also being used by me as much as those 2 apps. There is a proper driver and order tracking system. In app live chat with support also Available also you can call support. The app gives you notification about your order status even when the phone is not use. Something that I would like to see in this app is the after sales service where you can send message to support after sale service if anything wrong in the order. To be honest, I’ve NEVER had bad experience with Wssel, drivers are very kind. All in all not a bad app at all. Varieties of restaurants are also amazing! Yalla Wssel! Keep up the good work.

Worst app ever

If i could rate zero star I would have done it. I placed an order and it doesn’t show that its too far like north and south far and charged me for 36 riyals only delivery. After 10 minutes of waiting to accept my order or not suddenly they accept it and when i tried to cancel it they say too late we are preparing ur order. How come u r preparing the order and i was waiting for 10 minutes just for u guys to accept the order. And they kept stalling and said u cant cancel after 2 minutes?!!!!!! What are u talking about , there is no option to cancel while its pending . And even they are acting against their policy , as it says u can cancel the order prior the driver accepting the order. At the end they wanna force me to accept the order or it will be wasted.
