Towels are not available
Dear Sir
It was mentioned on the web that fitness time members are eligible for towels while at the facility there are no towels being provided. Please let me know the reason and when you will take action.

Extremely bad usability
I have never rated an app before but this made me do so, it’s very annoying to try and subscribe or renew subscription, I think climbing mountain Everest could be easier,
Nothing clear about my wrongs and rights, when it came to subscribe it just give a note with somthing wrong try to fix it that is it,
I gave it 2/5 because if you are a computer science student, this app is a great example of bad usability when doing you presentation so thank them for being a great example
Wont let me use app
It worked fine for few hours but then it logged me out and no matter how many times I log back in with my phone number it keeps logging me out. Please help me with this issue as I can’t attend gym because of this
