Love it

I use 1pass on a monthly basis and I love their idea and service.
Very convenient specially that I can go to the closest gym wherever I am.
After/before work, directly from home or college, there’s always a nearby place to do my workout.
Also their customer service is very quick and satisfactory.

Could be improved

I think this is a great app idea and can help everyone find a good gym around.
My issues with this app are as follows:
1- the 50 riyal added to my wallet was useless because when I registered I was just trying to look for available gyms in certain cities I couldn’t just sign up immediately to one. So giving me a short period of time to use that 50 isn’t convenient. (Probably to a lot of people and not just me)

2- the accuracy of the search is bad
So if I’m searching for female gyms I still get options for family gyms and when I called couple of them I was told that registration is only for females up until the age of 16 or 17 because it was a sort of mixed gym.

3- Referring back to point #1
I didn’t trust your promotions saying I’d get cash back if I signed up to this certain gym. Because let’s say I signed up on the offer for 1 year and they you gave me cash back! You’ll give me probably a period of 2 months or less to use that cash or it’s gone. So what am I gonna do with that if I already signed up for a year?!

Please be more reasonable and keep in mind that people are not that stupid.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This App

I subscribed to this gym app for one month, but when I decided to commit for six months, they contacted me the very next day offering a full refund and cancellation of my membership. There was no valid reason given for this offer, but I accepted and provided my bank account details.

Five months later, I still haven't received my refund. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with such poor customer service.

Save your money and avoid this app. Go directly to the source instead!
