With Theme set to System, light and dark switch with the system, and a theme you pick applies right away rather than after a relaunch. • Gapless over a remote bridge. The next track is fetched early enough to join gaplessly, timed by the connection's measured speed. • A change to DSD conversion or its level, the stereo effect or ReplayGain now reaches the next track even when it is already lined up for gapless. • When another app's audio interrupts playback, the track resumes with sound, and the timer stays where the music is. • Artist pages fetch a portrait that is missing, and the header of a guest appearance opens the album. • Signal Path claims a verified bit-exact path only when nothing alters the bits, and Now Playing says when a bridge-optimized copy is playing over Bluetooth or AirPlay. • Albums show a favorite heart on their page and in lists, and a track that comes back over a bridge keeps its playlist slots, heart and download. • Tracks from an SACD .iso no longer refuse to play over storage they do not need; Siri no longer stops on an SACD container in a playlist, and CarPlay no longer lists one as a blank row. NEW SOURCES • 1-bit bridge: pair a free open-source companion server running on your Mac, Linux, or Raspberry Pi for HTTPS access to your music library. TLS-fingerprint pinning captured at pairing. Pair by QR scan, Bonjour discovery, or bridge:// deep link. • Multiple endpoints per bridge with automatic failover — keep one URL for your LAN and another for remote access (e.g. over Tailscale), and 1-bit picks the working one on each request. NEW AUDIO • Optional Bauer crossfeed for headphones and Bluetooth — a more speaker-like presentation. Automatically bypassed on USB DACs and DSD so the bit-exact path is preserved. • DSF playback now uses a lock-free ring buffer for the render path, with a producer task pre-filling ahead.
