Never deliver item

I ordered abaya from wide collection in this online shop last april 20,2022 hoping i can use it during eid, but until now never deliver to me.
Many times i contact their costumer service but no action. Their abaya shop is a thieves. never order abaya from this online shop because its only drawing better go to store less price than in this store. At 1st is good but if many times you order they will start to steal by not to deliver your item. Beware of what you order in this shop. Some of thier workers and shop are cheaters.

Very bad delivery lead time

I had previous order they kept me waiting for 1 month for the delivery, then suddenly cancelled my order without any reason provided to me.

Now i have multiple orders. I ordered since Sept 26, 2021, until now it’s not delivered to me.

I love your products, i keep ordering even i encountered such inconvenience, but sometimes I am thinking twice and ordered the item in other online shop instead.

My favorite app forever

I always get my order only after 2 days from purchase, i am always very satisfied with the whole purchase process ,fast delivery, good packaging and best prices ,one time; i wanted to return one of the items i ordered, i got refund in 2 days, they have the best customer service, and easy quick pick up for return, love you guys❤️❤️❤️
