طلبت من عامل أن يأتى بمهمة بسيطة لي في التطبيق فقال إنها ستكلف 25 ريالاً ، لكن عندما انتهى قال إنها تكلف 57 ريالاً وهو ليس المبلغ الذي اتفقنا عليه في التطبيق. . عندما حاولت الإبلاغ عن هذا لم أتمكن من ذلك لأنه لم يرد أحد على الهاتف وكذلك الدردشة الحية ، لم يرد أحد هناك. كانت هذه تجربة مروعة ولن أوصي بهذا لأحد.
I asked a worker to come and do simple task for me in the application and he said that it will cost 25 riyals, but when he finished he said that it costs 57 riyals, which is not the amount that we agreed upon in the application. When I tried to report this I couldn’t because no one answered the phone and also the live chat no body answered there. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this to no one.

Disappointed
The technician came and gave false information and asked to change many parts and asked for a great deal of maintenance, about half the price of the machine, and I declined the offer. When I checked the device myself, I found that the problem was simple, and it was a loose wire. I tightened it and the device returned to its normal position
