The App is very good. However, at the beginning customer service used to answer all the time, later customer service do not answer most of the times.

I tried my first order, and it was the worst experience. There is no professionality at all. Yesterday, the service provider told me to approve a request in the app, i noticed it was postponed request and the justification was that there is no time to work on my request which is not reasonable at all, however, I accepted the postponing. Today! Evening, the service provider told me 1 hour to arrive. 6 hours later No one shows up!! I called him, again he tell me 1 hour.

It is a waist of time waiting with no accurate feedback, buy your time and use different apps.

For two times in the same day, two requests had postponed me after promising to arrive not less than 30 minutes, then to be late even more for and additional hour!. Also, after promising, one of them took another request and postponed me even more !!! If that is acceptable, I wonder if the other comments and ratings are even real!.
So useless application and expensive prices!.
One star is too much for rating.
