this app loses so much potential users by not having the option for cash on delivery, app also has major mishaps most of the time where any location can’t be selected for delivery for unknown reasons; but aside from that, this is the only app where you can reliably get al baik chicken in-stock in riyadh. fast service too

The idea of having pick up option in the app is great, however, it is not applied the right way
I ordered while driving to the store. When I arrived I found out that I should wait for 30 minutes despite that the branch is almost empty. The regular waiting time in the branch is 4 minutes only if you ordered from the cashier, while I waited for 30 minutes because I ordered from the app.
This doesn't make any sense for me, why should I use Albaik app and wait longer than people who doesn't use the app
The restaurant should put orders from the app in the same line of orders from the cashier, otherwise there is no advantage of uploading Albaik app in my phone

They have a lot of problems in this bad application. For example if you order a pickup order and do all required things, they will give a timer shows at least 49 minutes to take your order, but unfortunately most of time they will give you a surprise M***** F**** they will say we did not received your order so your order is cancelled and you should wait 4 to 12 weeks to get your money back and you will not take from them anything.

In sum, Albaik company is going down in everything quality of food quality in orders quality in price and one day we will see them only feeding their dogs and catties.
