للاسف حجزت سياره قبل وصولي ب اربع ايام ،، ومع ذلك لحرصي على عدم التاخير في استلام السياره .. تواصلت مع القسم لتاكيد الحجز وتم التاكيد .. عند وصولي لم تتوفر السياره وعليه طلب الموظف مني اخذ سياره اخرى بزياده مبلغ وقدره .. اصريت على الحجز وان هذي مشكلتهم في الاخير انتظرت نصف ساعه على ماتوفرت سياره بديله بنفس المحجوزه ولم يعمل upgrade لتجاوز المشكله .
ملاحظه: الموقف قد يحدث وصار معاي في شركات اخرى، يتحملوا مسؤليتهم في عدم التنسيق ويعطيك اقرب سياره شبيهه للسياره المحجوزه حتى لو اظطر لعمل ترقيه الحجز ..
تجربه سيئه لاانصح بالتعامل معهم ..
طلبت التواصل مع أ.عناد الحربي مدير الفرع في وقتها ولكن للاسف لم يتم التواصل من قبله ،،

نصيحه لوجه الله احذر من الفارس لان بيعطونك سياره تامينها ضد الغير والله ما يقولون لك انو ضد الغير يسكتون
