Worst Application
I was having a pickup at 1.30pm from Aziziyah I went in taxi with family to pick the car and when I reach at the location there is problem with the application and when I called the customer care they are saying we cannot give you the car there is some problem. Its very embarrassing situation never use this app.
Very bad customer services
You can’t get any solution from customer service , i tried to register but when i couldn’t register i called customer and they offered me nothing and said we can’t solve your problem despite my papers works on all applications for car renting . I gave them one star to make a comment
The WORST car rental app اسوء تطبيق تأجير
It is no surprise that all review is one star and mention the same problem, I will NEVER book with weem again, 45 minutes waiting the “technical” problem to be solved, weem has hurt the reputation of Yallo as a car rental agency.
اسوء تجربة ممكن تمروا فيها مع اسوء تطبيق تأجير سيارات، ويم اساء لسمعة يلو كوكالة تأجير سيارات، انتظرت في مواقف مطار جدة ٤٥ دقيقة بسبب "ابشر ٣ دقايق و يتواصلون معاك" كل ٣ دقايق معناها ٦ دقايق و في النهاية غيروا لي سيارة مو موجودة في المطار اصلا
