Aramex ارامك‪س‬ 4+

Although my experience with aramix was always good but lately they did something that upset me…My bank sent me a credit card first time, they didn’t deliver to me and it stayed in their storehouse until I contacted the bank and canceled it…now they reissued the card and they are sending it by aramix again..I hope I receive it this time.

I have a package estimated to be received on December 8, unfortunately until this date December 22, I haven’t received it despite of several calls I made everyday since December 12 thru your customer service to inform them my correct address. I even use ARAMEX CHATBOT to send my correct location, I also sent email to customer support and lastly to 2 delivery personnel who tried to deliver my package to the wrong address. Imagine, I used 4 ways of means just to inform them of my correct address but still I haven’t received my package as of this date. I really don’t know what language should I use for them to understand me. They keep telling me that they will make a complaint and resolve the issue ASAP. I am very DISAPPOINTED!!! How come your CUSTOMER SERVICE and other form of customer service communication do not understand simple instructions to change my address??? How many calls should I make for them to understand me? Is it really difficult to understand my message that they need to deliver my package to the CORRECT ADDRESS which I CLEARLY INFORMED to your CUSTOMER SERVICE, etc. OMG!!! Unfortunately until now, they didn’t do anything to deliver my package to the correct address!!!!!!

I have 2 issues with Aramex delivery!!
1- Despite having the address written clearly in my account & on the parcels …. EVERY time i have a shipment, a courier would reach me on what’s app to share the location !!! & send a picture of the door !!’ WHY ??? It’s clearly outlined for you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2- So NOT happy by the couriers attitude when they deliver the shipment … apart from contacting you through What’s app for ur location and door picture .. they would call you when they arrive to say “am outside” and if don’t pick up the call, they would just leave !!!!!!! You can use something called a “DOOR BILL” !!!!!

3- Am not sure if the company is using a computerized system !! Seems like they’re not !! I can have more than one parcel delivered to me ON THE SAME DATE .. by 3 DIFFERENT COURIERS !! Why not group them together ??? Imagine doing issue number 1 & 2 with each courier/parcel (share ur location, send the picture, aaaandd they call you to say am outside without even trying to use the door bill !!!!) 3 times in ONE day !! Parcels can come from the same address, on the same date, going to the same person !!
