Today the driver said he is coming and is in the gate, we talked to the guards in the gate and they said he did not arrive or even come…When we call his number after that he closed his phone and didn’t answer us.The driver stopped answering and cut the line and not let us know where is he when we call many times… he said he is in the gate and he did not answer after we call for him! We contacted the guards of the area to see if he arrived and they said he didn’t If the ministry of trade will know about how the drivers keeps doing this it will be VERY bad for your business.

Poor team with poor quality app , service and customer care . A shipment in their hand for more than a week and without calling or informing they changed the status of shipment and I’m begging like a dog as a customer Such bunch of idiots in the team and no observation in the management level

Not only is the app bad, but also the whole business is just a failure. Do your best to not do business with them. A logistic company that doesn’t have time management and delivery men don’t want to do their job

Too much courier mishandling. despite putting fragile sticker in the box, the items arrived broken couple of times. Customer service cannot help. They will not honor claims even you show them proof of item damaged.
