They never keep a promise to deliver
They are always late without a reason
Their drivers never carry card payment option
They ask for customs and tax which i have paid in advance with the order but they never paid close attention to the receipt and i keep fighting for that
I quit any order when i know they are the one delivering
They promised to deliver my credit card replacement once and lost it for a week or so
They have the worst un trained customer service , and if you pay to deliver to your house they will ask you to pick it up in their centers
Their centers reps are rude and very slow and take forever to find your packages
This is only a brief for my suffering with SMSA in the past year and dont get fooled they are not fedex but they use their colors

The most expensive and worst shipping company in the world. If your shipment arrives within three days, you sit with them for a whole week, file a complaint, and send with the complaint the tracking number. They will respond to you. Please provide us with the correct tracking number so that we can serve you. The tracking number has been confirmed, but the mistake is from the company, and there is no apology, no compensation, or anything. I do not recommend dealing with SMSA, a bad shipping company

I was in an exam when the driver called. I asked to reschedule the order to tomorrow but he ended up canceling it and sending it back to the store on his own, without consulting with me.
It’s been about a week and a half and I haven’t got my order yet. I’ve called customer services plenty of times only to receive the same useless response. This company is hiring inexperienced, disrespectful, and worst of all careless employees. It’s not worth the trouble. Avoid it at all costs.
