Hello STC Digital Bank Team,
I am a visually impaired individual who utilizes the built-in iOS screen reader called VoiceOver. This tool allows me to interact with icons and buttons independently. Given that you are a digital bank with services fully reliant on the app, I kindly request that you ensure the app's compatibility with screen readers so I can fully utilize all its features. Additionally, I am more than willing to assist in identifying and addressing any issues to help enhance the app's accessibility.
Wont allow me to login
I’ve had this recurring issue of the app straight up just not allowing me to log in. I can use the card but i can’t log in to see how much is in it, making the app basically useless.
Also the fact that i have to add a minimum of 100 riyals now? defeats the whole purpose of the app being easy to use.
