App issue
Sometimes after login the home interface freezes and never responds to any action where I have to close the app and religion again please fix this issue. However, from a services perspective, I literally satisfied.

Stuck with Meem
Customer service is one if the worst I’ve ever seen; when you have an issue to be solved, you can only reach the customer service who can’t help with anything! When you have an issue, they tell you that they raised the issue to the concerned department, but no one will ever contact you regarding your issue, and when you call to check on the updates, there is no history with your complaint! and obviously, no answer, and you go on & on in the same loop cause it is the only way you can use!
They also sometimes, deduct money from your bank account without taking your permission, which puts you in bad circumstances concerning that you are gana go through the same boring process I mentioned above, and that means weeks, and might even be months until you get things solved!
Very bad bank system, and poor customer service!
Unable to Transfer Fund online
Unable to transfer fund locally or internationally. Contacted them thru Chat and complaint number was raised. Discussed the same on the phone with an agent and was advised to send the complaint by email and they replied by email that in order to serve me better, I should contact them thru Chat or call them.
I am going around in circles with them with no solution.
Unable to transfer your money is really frustrating and inconvenient. And worst, the only assistance they can give is to transfer me from one customer service channel to another.
Totally unacceptable!
