Needs improvements for Qattas (القطات)

When creating new qatta, the app is not user friendly, here are some of the issues that i faced:
When selecting names from contacts, I have to delete all the name in order to add another one, and it is not practical for qatta.
Names are not fully displayed when added, only first name appears, for example, if there are two Mohammeds with different last names, only the name Mohammed appears and it will make confusion for the qatta initiator, and the possibility of mixing qattas with the names values is more likely in that manner XD
When trying to assign values in qattas, only the first two names can be assigned manually, then i have to remove the keyboard then I have to assign it manually and it is very annoying for the qatta initiator

Dear Stc Pay Team,

I star using the app around 3 months ago and it was completely fine and i didn't face any issues or any difficulties the experience is just great but yesterday i booked a ticket and i paid through Stc pay and the problem starts because The flying company os saying they didn't receive the amount and the money is already deducted so i appreciate it if you guyz can fix the issue asap.

It's a complete nonsense system, no one should use their application. It is a very bad procedure and no one can give a satisfactory answer from above. It has been a month now that Pakistan has sent money and has not received any money yet. It has also made an inquiry. There is such a bad system and the safety is completely new. It is a matter of taking your own risk of your money. Use their apps wisely. I have had a very bad experience.
مکمل بکواس سیسٹم ہے ان کا کوئی بندہ بھی انکی اپلیکیشن استعمال نہ کرے ۔ نہایت گھٹیا طریقہ کار ہے ان کا اور اوپر سے کوئی تسلی بخش جواب بھی نئیں دے سکتے ایک مہینہ ہو گیا ہے پاکستان رقم بھیجے ہوئے ابھی تک رقم نئیں مل رہی انکوائری کروا رکھی ہے اس کا بھی پراسس بیچ میں ہے کوئی اتہ پتہ نئیں ۔ اتنا گھٹیا نظام ہے اور بلکل بھی سیفٹی نئی ہے آپ کی رقم کی اپنے رسک لینے والی بات ہے اگر رقم آپ کی اچھے سے منتقل ہو گئی تو اچھا ورنہ ان کے بس کی بات نئیں ۔ لہاظہ سوچ سمجھ کر ہی ان کی ایپس استعمال کریں ۔ میرا تو بہت برا تجربہ رہا ہے ۔
