Improve adding more locations
Please improve adding more delivery locations. I always struggle when adding a new location if I am not in the same location. It will be good to add a name to the location (primary house, parents house, etc). Please also add a field for any instructions to the delivery team.
Excellent
Its absolutely excellent.
I was expecting a waiting period of a week at least when I ordered. And it came the following day itself. Which in itself is unbelievable.
The prices are lower than any store. And Alhumdulillah they dropped at my doorstep which otherwise would have been a huge task.
The app is very intuitive and easy to use.
Berain is amazing!!
This is such a great application for ordering water to your home, better services and customer care. I will rate them 4.5 for their service delivery. App is easy to use and online payments are available. Need to add more payment options like tamara or Upay etc.
