Order tracking and items listing needs improvement
The good thing about the app is the quality of the restaurants they have, the free delivery Carriage Black option and the fact that they have got a pharmacy, supermarket and other shops.
Order tracking is not getting updated frequently, most of the times the order arrives but the tracking map still shows the driver in the middle of the way.
The way the items are listed and categorized does not make it easy for customers to find what they want, specially in the pharmacy and the supermarket. A search option for products inside the stores can also help in finding what customers look for.
The worst customer service
It is so fine to them not to deliver your order and you will be stuck with the worst customer service where no one answer your your questions in the chat, which is by the way the only way to contact them.
I had to wait for two hours to get my order and the restaurant is the one who called me not carriage. The problem that I already paid for the food and the restaurant was also struggling with them because no one came to pick the food and no one is answering to the restaurant calls.
Imagine that you’ve paid for the food, you waited for two hours to get the order and and you’re trying to reach the delivery but no answers. Finally when I got their customer service number, not provided in the app actually but from the restaurant which is supposed to be a hotline phone number and it was a mobile phone number, the guy immediately asked me if I want to cancel the order!!!! No apologies, no excuses, no estimated time to deliver!! And when I told him to cancel the order, he said okay, and that’s it. And yet, I have not received any email from them of the refund that I will get, no call after that to apologize for what happened!!!
One of the worst experiences with such a huge delivery company in the country!!!
Very bad
The only good thing about this app is the options they offer, they are always late and they can never reach the destination without a million calls to clarify the location and that is not the worst part! They can easily cancel your order without informing you that it’s canceled and you’ll be waiting for hours until the order “arrives “ and when you open the app to track your order it’s like you never even ordered ! And you can only contact the customer service by chat which is very annoying , and when they finally answer you they’ll give you 15 riyals because you are “a special customer “ , 15 riyals is not even the delivery fee it’s like they are giving you the money because they want you to order again! Hell no with this very bad service!!
