I recently added this app, bought a discounted hotel buffet from 189SAR to 139SAR, printed out the coupon then went to the hotel. When I arrived there I found the hotel itself is already making a discount about that price, They were tricky on the deal but I'll give them 3 stars just because the payment and the coupon worked in the hotel.

Be careful and do not buy anything using this app. First, i tried to use but i went to the hotel to check the price upon entering and it turned out that the hotel is already making a discount. My second experience is that I bought 7 coupons for me and my family via the app but it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel as they do not pick up my call. I went to the hotel with my family and they refused to let us get in as it was full and it requires booking ahead of time.
I talked to cobon team to return back my money and they refused to return it and every time they gave me a different answer and eventually they closed my ticket. Unfortunately this not a Saudi app otherwise my money wouldn’t be stollen but it’s a lesson for me.

They claim to have the best prices but it’s the other way around. I bought my wife a pendant and it claimed to have gone down from 1499 to 299. After having received the product, I searched a little online and found the exact same product for 149, which was the actual selling price of the product on the market. On top of that, they have the most horrible customer service. The people responding to my mails had absolutely no clue how to handle the issue and eventually stopped responding to my mails. I was a regular customer on the app but not anymore.
