I've been using the Wala Pulse app for the past few months and have been consistently disappointed with the experience. The core functionality of the app, which is supposed to display real-time data, often fails to work. On multiple occasions, I've opened the app only to find that no data is being shown at all.

When I've reached out to the app's support team about these issues, their standard response has been to suggest that I reinstall the app. This is an incredibly frustrating experience, as it forces me to waste time uninstalling and reinstalling the app, with no guarantee that the problem will be resolved.

The lack of reliability and the poor customer support from the Wala Pulse team is unacceptable. As a user, I expect an app that I'm paying for to work as advertised, and when it doesn't, I expect the company to provide helpful troubleshooting and resolution steps. Unfortunately, the Wala Pulse app falls short on both of these fronts.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. The constant issues with data not being displayed, coupled with the unhelpful support, make Wala Pulse a frustrating and unreliable product. There are likely better alternatives available that provide a more stable and responsive experience.

An excellent application and it was tried on the day before, but unfortunately the application changed and the map feature went to places near you after what was very useful for this feature, as well as whenever I update the settings for the eastern region, it forces me to the central region, I hope there will be an update very soon for the map feature for nearby places that include promotions -offers-.
