Great app
Very helpful app
Highly disappointing and inefficient app
It is so inefficient and nonsensical app. Most of the actions for my DEWA accounts management are difficult and some are impossible and require contacting DEWA Customer Services from overseas on phone many times and even the representatives on DEWA call center are naive, unhelpful, uninformed and don’t get the job done until a complaint is filed by email. In the last six years I am totally disappointed by this app and disgusted by Customer Service at call centers as well as DEWA offices. Recently I have met one intelligent and competent Customer Services Executive at a DEWA office in Dubai and shared my concerns about this app with him and he has kindly promised to fix these snags and help me in the meantime with some routine services I need as an overseas landlord which this app cannot handle and makes me run in endless circles. I have hope that this young man will Insha Allah improve DEWA services at last if he is given the authority to do so.

Very slow. also even though the bill is paid through internet banking, it still shows as pending. :(
