Nice tracking updates

Nice tracking updates. I wish delivery (especially through a service center) should be faster. My shipment has arrived Riyadh today morning but expected delivery in Riyadh is being shown after 4 days (30th)??

Bad treatment of customers

The package you claim that you delivered was not delivered. I picked it up myself from your warehouse in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. I received a message on Saturday that the package will be delivered on Sunday end of day. I waited till 6:30 PM and nothing happened. When I called DHL customer service, they told me that the driver returned the package to the warehouse. Why did he do that, nobody knows, not even your personnel at the customer desk. Why he or someone from DHL didn’t call me and told me that he returned the package and that he can not deliver it the same day, I also don’t know. Furthermore, the package reached your facilities on Wednesday, which means 5 days ago, you set the delivery on Sunday and you did not even deliver it, i had to go pick it up myself. This is not the service expected from such a company as DHL, i paid for an express delivery but unfortunately i did not get what i paid for. Thank you

Bad service lame excuses

I am rating 2/5 for this delivery because of:

- Delivery boy reported that the address provided is either not correct or could not be located.

This is totally false. I have personally sent following on his WhatsApp number, as per his request on my WhatsApp:

- Google location, which is 100% identical to the address mentioned.
- detailed address also,
- Picture if my building.

This is the practice of all delivery agent in Jeddah to ask above information and I submitted.

His comments on DHL application was more information needed. I didn’t provide any other information and on checking on toll free number, I was advised that the shipment is out for deliver. On my request, since I was traveling same evening, package was delivered, without any additional information.
