Need some improvements
I am using iPhone 11 pro max and i found :
1- very slow
2- you can't set your nearest cinema and keep it always.
3- when opening a trailer video you can't close it so you have to force exit the app and open again
4- some cinemas address wrong like (jizan on Mohammed bin Nasser road but you mak it Nader!!)
5- any movie you select and go back it reload all data again and start from beginning
6- the price is more expensive than when you get tickets directly from disk!!
Very terrible app
An extremely terrible app. It's slow, buggy, bad UI, and most importantly, one of the worst payment options ever. Even ApplePay faces a huge range of glitches and decline notifications. And guess what, if it declines your payment? Your seat is gone. And you have to wait for a couple of minutes before you can book again.
You'd better book on spot, or you know, choose a different cinema.

Useless application
You can’t complete your registration form ,
Very very very slow ..
Authentication by your mobile number can’t be completed!!
Always switching to their site which is slow always but at least you can buy your tickets ..
Their technical support I think is in coma or something because it is a long time problem and not solved yet
