Why am I forced to download an app, forced to create an account, forced to answer a survey just to get info on the tickets I bought for an event that is not directly related to Webook?

I am forced to do these things because the upper management and C level employees have no shame whatsoever and will sell my info to other companies that will spam me with advertisements. I could have easily gotten my tickets sent to my email but no, they want to inflate their App download numbers along with other metrics to make their shareholders happy by showing them fake growth and numbers that ultimately don’t mean anything and serve no one but to please the shareholders at the expense of user experience.

I will use my tickets and instantly delete your pathetic app once am done.

Not able to send tickets as a gift

I bought tickets for my parents meant as a gift, they weren’t pleased after seeing how much the ticket was worth. They typically do not attend these types of events and I wanted to surprise them.

Given I was in another city, I couldn’t attend with them and hide the price. As soon as I shared the ticket they knew all the details.

My parents would not be the type to go and find how much the ticket was worth if it was sent as a gift, but unfortunately it’s written on the ticket as soon as it’s sent.
